This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how AlgaTubeAI handles refunds for credits, subscriptions, and in-app purchases. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.

AI Credits - No Refund Policy

AI credits purchased or earned through our platform cannot be refunded once they have been used to generate content (ideas, scripts, thumbnails, videos, etc.). This is because:

• AI generation incurs real costs from our service providers
• Content generated is immediately delivered to you and cannot be "returned"
• Credits are consumed at the time of generation

Unused credits: Credits that have not been used remain in your account and can be used at any time. Unused credits do not expire unless explicitly stated.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or app store subscriptions:

Monthly Subscriptions:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain premium features until the subscription expires
• No refunds for partial months
• Your account reverts to the free tier after expiration

Annual Subscriptions:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual period
• No partial refunds for unused months
• Premium benefits remain active until subscription ends

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to your account settings in the app
2. Navigate to Subscription Management
3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
4. Confirm the cancellation

App Store Subscriptions: If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel through their respective subscription management systems.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Technical errors that prevented service delivery
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Service outages that significantly impacted your usage

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team within 7 days of the purchase with detailed information about the issue.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Your account may be adjusted to reflect the refund

Free Credits & Promotional Offers

Credits earned through:

• Referral programs
• Watching rewarded ads
• Promotional campaigns
• Daily bonuses

These free credits have no monetary value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
